Sally Anger, winner of the 2007 Mural Contest is known for her creative portraiture.  Her painting of Albert Einstein was painted on a collage of his writings.  The Sister Cities and Ms. Anger donated the painting to the Maritime Museum.  The painting was on display for the month of July in the Carteret County Public Library.  It is housed at the North Carolina Maritime museum and will be auctioned in November at the Boat House Bash.
