9:00 am - Buses leave BHA Grounds for Down East Tour for our Guests

1:30 pm - Pig Pickin' Lunch at Core Sound Waterfowl Museum, Harkers Island

with special music by The Unknown Tongues Band

5:30 pm - Host Families pick up Guests at BHA Grounds

Thursday, May 21

9:30 - 11:00 am - Special Presentations at the NCMM Auditorium for our Guests

11:30 am - Meet at BHA Grounds for Bogue Banks Bus Tour for our Guests

5:30 pm - Host Families pick up Guests at BHA Grounds

7:00 - 11:30 pm - Gala Dinner / Dance at Crystal Coast Civic Center for Host Families and our Guests

Friday, May 22

10:00 - Planting of Friendship Roses - 1 or 2 Delegates from each Beaufort attending

11:00 - Closing Ceremony

11:30 - 12:30 Lunch for Host Families and our Guests

1:00 Our Guest Depart by Bus
